Forclosures

Forclosures

The actual spelling of the word is "foreclosure".  A list of foreclosed properties can be obtained from the Veterans Administration (VA), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Housing Authority (FHA) or a bank near you.

Buying foreclosed properties can be very lucrative.  However, you need to know what you are doing.  It is usually difficult to make money on foreclosures that are in bad repair or exist in bad neighborhoods.  The best rule: If you wouldn't live in it, don't buy it.

Rogue Real Estate Investor provides everything you will need to know so you can profit from FHA, VA, HUD and bank foreclosures.
