Bargain
and Sale Deed
A
grantor implies that they have or have had an interest in the
property, although they offer no warranties of title to the
grantee. Typically used in cases of title
transfer.
For
instance, John gives Chuck a bargain and sales deed that will
include no warranty of title but would include a clause
stating other specifics, such as "for $1000 and other
valuable consideration, the grantor does release the property
to the grantee."
