Deutsche Telekom AG (ADR), is a telecommunications (TC) provider that organizes its businesses into four main divisions: T-Com, T-Mobile, T-Systems and T-Online. The T-Com division is a fixed-network operator in Europe, operating approximately 57.5 million lines, including integrated services digital network channels. T-Systems serves Deutsche Telekom's domestic and international systems customers. It offers comprehensive services from the field of information technology (IT) and TC, as well as e-business solutions from the IT/TC convergence sector. Via its subsidiaries, T-Mobile offers a transatlantic global standard for mobile (GSM) communications network mainly for customers in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Austria, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. The T-Online segment provides Internet services in Europe. It includes companies in France, Spain, Portugal, Austria and Switzerland. The segment also includes the operations of the publishing business of DeTeMedien.
